bluebeardYay! Temp agency wonderfulness! Don't beleive them when they say "hiring"; apparently that means "waiting list". So, no job just yet, despite the 4+ hours I just spent playing monkey and putting nuts on bolts to prove I know how to use my fingers.

memphis_tn community today, but otherwise, continuously. Ever live in another city? It's exactly the same. People steal, rob, loot, plunder, vandalize, beg, and smoke crack everywhere, so when people say "That's Memphis", all I can think is "you're sheltered".

San Fransciso vs. Memphis:

San Francisco is near Memphis's size and has considerable lower crime rates. Philadelphia is TWICE its size and has slightly lower crime rates.

Sure, crime happens everywhere, but Memphis has a metric fuckton of it.
