I don't believe in chi and such neccesarily, but I do recognise the power the mind has over the body. I rarely medicate; I just rest assured that I'll get better, and soon. In general, I'm not sick for more than a day or two at a time, a couple times a year.
If it's like bronchitis or something, I'll medicate. Mostly though, juice, mushrooms, and knowing it'll pass works well enough.
