yup -- It remains at 8.25% on food, and went to 9.75% for everything else.

That means we're paying 10% here in Covington, because of the city's additional .25%.

jesus christ...I thought they were going to eliminate the food tax....what a crock! Why can't they just close down all the auto inspection centers and quit making us waste our time and gas doing something that is a complete waste of time....we still have to pay a fortune for tags. damn!
