bluebeardWent to see Minority Report with Patrik last night.. it rocks. Based on the previews I've seen, I was expecting to at least see nifty tech, and maybe be a little entertained; the movie far, far exceeded that. Yes, the tech was pretty and nifty and very well put together, but the emphasis was actually on the story, for once. I was very satisfied. Yay.
This afternoon was spent walking up and down the park down by Harbortown, the name of which I don't remember, and then attending my cousin's 8th birthday party.. 15 children, ages 4-10.. *shudder*.. Thankfully, Mom decided it was time to go shortly after Patrik dropped me off.
Now I'm all caught up on my news pages and LJ, and wondering why the hell I'm so tired.. The last three nights I've ..*drumroll*.. actually slept 7-8 hours each, and gotten up early. Rejoice! Hopefully my brain has decided to stop torturing me with sleep dep.
Off to play LORD, and then find out what my brother wants me to work on today. Funfun.
