The realtor has a signed contract and earnest money for the sale of the warehouse.

I'll say that again: The warehouse has been sold.

There's still crap in there that'll need getting rid of. We'll probably have a sale at some point for that stuff.

So my sex-chaos magick sigil worked. I had devised a sigil to get the ball rolling on the warehouse sale, and a few days later that guy made an offer.
