Houseguest with dog has gone on his way. Really, it's not that I don't like him; just one-on-one, his conversational style is a little overwhelming.

I guess I'm a just little bit wrong otherwise. I mostly like Ethiopian food, but it seems beets pop up a lot in the cuisine(ech), and despite my best efforts, I cannot abide the "bread" - I imagine it's what carpet padding would taste like.

I love beets; so I can't complain about that part.

The bread can be a little wierd; especially when it's drier. Last night the stuff we had was very moist, and almost sweet, so it was rather tasty.
