Remember this guy?
Apparently he's decided I'm his helper now; they couldn't find his birth certificate, so he came back to the office to inform me he's been "done wrong" and wanting to know what he could do, legally, about it.
I explained what the letter said (he didn't get it; two copies of 5+ year old ID's and they'd just draw up a new one.. big deal) and told him this was something he was going to have to handle himself. Sorry dear, I work in traffic, not public records.
