bluebeardhaving never reacted to it before, I didn't realise poison oak had a few days' wait period. it's now all over my forearms, the backs of my hands, and I have a raccoon-mask rash. bleh. it's not as bad as it could be.. Mom gets blisters from it.
Speaking of Mom.. What'd you getdo for/whatever yours? Dad's driving me into town tomorrow while she's at work to pick something out. Later on in the day, I'm taking her out to dinner at the Rhine, an Italian place in Millington she loves.
I'm kind of surprised.. I thought it would be awkward coming back here, after not talking much for so long. But, she and I get along great.. we share a lot more of the same views on the world than I expected, and there's been several afternoons when we were supposed to be watching a movie, but conversation got in the way. I'm glad.
I love my momma. :)
