...far too well, perhaps; I was up to catch the alarm at 6:45 as usual, wallowed in my bed for a bit, but even now I just want to go back to sleep. Sleeeeeeep.

addendum: Three calls in a row, all elderly women calling about their sons' traffic tickets, none had the ticket with them, all tried to control the conversation as if they knew what they were talking about. Why they're calling instead of their sons, I don't know; particularly considering one of the sons is nearly 50 and surely capable. bleh.

at least now I'm at a smaller business and not a huge megacorporation. there's fewer rules here. at most of the places I've worked, they've got tomes written about what phrases/words you can and cannot use; not only do you have to deal with the undeing variation of customer silliness, you have to deal with stifling corporate culture and demands.

here, I just talk however I feel like. bad grammar included, like that sentence.
