Tell one memory from each grade.
PRESCHOOL: I didn't go.
KINDERGARTEN: Toby ate glue and barfed it up during naptime. Later on he stole my Knight Rider car.
FIRST: Took a bunch of tests, was informed by my teacher and the school counselor that I would never fit in.
SECOND: I don't remember much of 2nd.
THIRD: .. or third
FOURTH: .. or fourth
FIFTH: The whole class told my math teacher I called someone a bitch, even though I didn't.
SIXTH: New school opened.
SEVENTH: More of the same.
EIGHTH: Placed 39th in the Tennessee Future Problem Solving Bowl. Dropped out of the final six weeks' period to go to a mental hospital.
NINTH: Hair got past my shoulderblades. Hated everyone. Smoked pot for the first time (and only time, until I turned 19 and tried it again). Dropped out. Got online.
TENTH: Wasn't in school. Discovered a Pagan church this year, though.
ELEVENTH: Spent all my time online, at festivals, or in other people's cars.
TWELFTH: Got a job.
