(no subject)

After several days of 2-3 hours a night, last night I finally slept. Of course, now I'm tired again, but nothing like I've been earlier in the week.

Got up this morning to find that we had no electricity; apparently the storm last night (that I didn't know we had, I was sleeping!) knocked it out. Whee.

ink_ling took me to work as he was leaving at the same time, but when we got there the front door was wide open and my co-worker Dotti was in her car flagging me over. I went over and she said the alarm was going off, there was an unidentified car in the parking lot, and she had called the police. So, off I went back home for an hour, only to find that the door wasn't latched properly yesterday and it blew open in the night. The unidentified car was a client waiting for his attorney to come in so they could talk. Big whoopdie. At least I got to come in late.

It's been very, very slow this week. I'm very glad it's Thursday.
