Hmm. Not much to say in here in awhile, I suppose. Just keep on chuggin'.
Still looking for work, not much luck. funfun.
Been cooking a lot lately. Last night I attempted to make chikki, but I burned the jaggery. All the more-or-less american foods I've been making turn out good though -- spaghetti, pot pie, beef stew. A good thing, too, 'cause I can make a meal for both of us for roundabouts $5. Hmm.. I think I'll make another pot pie today. Try for a crispier crust. I've become so fucking domestic I should wear sundresses, fake tan and a perm.
Jason splurged and got a big plastic tub and some soil, which I will mix with sand from the sanctuary and plant.. poppies! oooh.
Otherwise, I have lots of time on my hands. The house stays spotless. I beat Max Payne 2 in five sittings. Myst 3: Exile I beat pretty quickly too, ~20 hours, but it was easy.
High came by yesterday; apparently he's got some poison oak oil hanging around on his bag or something (he works outdoors a lot), because now I have poison oak on my right eyelid and shoulder, left foot, and on my left ring-finger on a spot already broken out in psoriasis. Not enough to itch.. just an observation.
ugh. Time to get dressed and go to the post office. Been selling a few things on Ebay. The money I'll get from that'll help.
