A couple weeks ago a nervous first-call-center-job type person named Tareq calls me up and says they wanna put me in a program to send me to Atlanta, school me, me get some certs and place me at a job.
He calls back today to say they accepted me, and I ask how much the loan is for...
$15,000. I could get a masters for that.
I somehow doubt I'll be going...
